We recommend informing us at least 24 hours in advance to help us accommodate your request smoothly.
To cancel an appointment, please notify our support team as early as possible by email or phone. This helps us manage workshop availability and assist other customers.
If pickup and drop service is available, you can request it while booking or contact support to add it later. Additional charges may apply based on location.
Is prior appointment mandatory?
While walk-ins may be accepted based on availability, we strongly recommend booking an appointment in advance.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Please contact support for confirmation.
