The last two times I’ve gone through the automatic car wash, I’ve had a dickens of a time getting the car into neutral. Auto-hold is off, parking assist stuff is off, not in I-Pedal, etc. I am simply trying to do what I always have done, which is to go to neutral with my foot on the brake, and click OK on the confirmation screen which appears…but the second I touch the OK button to confirm I want to stay in neutral, the car switches to Park and auto-engages the parking brake!

This happens over and over, no solution for this.
